The past few weeks, every night (rarely missing one or two), I have been having 1-4 nightmares in a night. I've had nightmares ever since I was younger with PTSD, but they have been down to every week or so before now.
Thing is, these nightmares aren't ever the same and everything online about getting nightmares to stop relies on them being repetitive. (IRT is the only thing I've found other than CBT which seems to be using the same methods)
So this leaves me at a place where I'm just really confused about how to go about getting them to stop. Hopefully someone who sees this knows something that could help lessen the amount or something. I know how to relax to fall asleep, and can do so after I recognise it was a nightmare, but them occurring so often is still an issue.
