Have you tried Risperidone? I got off due to weight gain and stomach distress, but I would go back on if nothing else works because it really did remove all my paranoia. Well, almost all. I have some stuff that lingers which a doctor thought might be PTSD symptoms. We are trying to get my hypomania under control, thrn we'll discuss the PTSD. I'm currently switching back to latuda from Risperidone. I'm still taking Risperidone while I increase my latuda to max dose. I've taken latuda in the past with decent results and minimal side effects compared to others. Weight gain was minimal and controllable. I gained 15 lbs in 2 months on Risperidone. Not the best, but not terrible.

I wasn't sleeping at all, for days when they gave me Risperidone and either I finally slept (for about 4 hours) or the pill worked reasonably fast for me. They gave me ambien, Ativan and seroquel the night before and nothing helped until Risperidone.
