The ladies in your vollunteer group definately sound bossy and self righteous, but most likely not all of them are. Many a few and possibly just one.... whoever was the head of the commitee or organizer. You will encounter these types in both genders and all walks of life. They are bullies. But they justify their need for control and adoration by their good deeds. But a true good deed is a selfless act. These ppl may fool some, but they are not really acting out of love and concern for others. Their actions are to boost their own self image generally deeply rooted in insecurities that they may not even be able to reconize. Idk. Just my experience.
