I want to recover from depression, and I've mostly broken it down into these goals:
1) Family: I need to respect them
2) Friends: I need to make friends
3) Health: I need to eat a standard, balanced diet, and exercise at a normal rate
4) Self-esteem: I need to appreciate myself, and stop self harming
I don't have the money, or emotional stability to find a therapist, and I don't really trust anyone in my life. Do you have any advice for me? For any of these goals, or just advice for someone trying to recover?
