I don't know how to describe my question-
Have you done meditation or visualization with your therapist?
Say, for example, you have a medical problem.
The purpose of the mediation would be to visualize healthy blood cells/medication (or whatever) rushing to defeat the source of the problem ...or visualizing the medical problem getting smaller...hoping that doing a visualization like this might have a positive impact on your medical issue...
Have you ever done anything like that?
Was it helpful?
Was it awkward?
How did you go about it?
Was your T knowledgeable about doing an exercise like this?
Were you encouraged or discouraged from doing meditations like this in the therapy hour?
This is my idea. I will talk to T about it. I don't know if it will be a waste of time or not.
