This is my idea. I will talk to T about it. I don't know if it will be a waste of time or not.

Yes, I meditate to ward off an asthma attack. Also for chronic pain, like my arthritis and degenerating disks. My grandfather started me meditating just to feel calm and relaxed when I was two years old, so it didn't feel awkward when I started health meditations.

It's harder to learn meditation as an adult, because all our senses and attention are roving all over the place. But it's worth the effort of learning. It can be an instant path to relaxation, and I do believe it can speed physical healing.
