I wish I hadn't posted this now. I can't go back to this T as he denies most things. Apparently I can't go to anyone in the same clinic either which seems crazy as the therapy ended on "good" terms. I even saw him a couple of times recently (comparatively) but he still wasn't particularly supportive. I suspect he doesn't want the "truth" to come out about how mean he was sometimes. And I suppose its "bad" to say bad things about him, its me who is "bad". YAWN.

He also said how he sent some of his patients "back to their GPs" and how that was sad. So I suppose my therapy with him was "successful" compared to that. I think he went in over his head with me and several other patients and then threw out a few extra labels......Somehow it seems safer to continue "blaming" him than to talk about "me" whoever that is.

When I tried to tell the psychiatrist how he had hurt me, the pdoc, not surprisingly (?) supported the T, as they had worked together.
