Well, my life can be in shambles, but my pdoc calls me his success story bc I'm really good at keeping jobs. I would say in the week leading up, write yourself a page of professional accomplishments. This will 1- give yourself talking points, 2- eliminate some of the pressure 3- train your handwriting. As for the shakes, more people have than than you think. And it is what it is. Perhaps rest one hand over the other demurely? Not sure, new territory for me. I hope others have suggestions there. Oh! No coffee, no sugar! Only whole grains in the sugar department! (I'm year 4 studying to be an RD).
