I don't believe that there is such a thing as a wounded healer, except as an archetype. Jung was explicit in stating that anyone who identifies with an archetype is in deep **** and mentally unbalanced. It's the sign of an inflated ego. When you think about it, your therapist rewards you when you lower yourself, see how you have erred, and lap up her wisdom. She punishes you when you question her. How is that healing?
