I am sorry because you are suffering unnecessarely. I ask myself the same. I have reduced my interactions drastically because I am sick of getting uninformed comments or being questioned or unwantedly adviced by other people although I know that is not the way I should manage this issue. I should set boundaries, but I am not good at that.
