I don't have the money, or emotional stability to find a therapist, and I don't really trust anyone in my life. Do you have any advice for me? For any of these goals, or just advice for someone trying to recover?
Let me simplify it more

1) I need to see the value in me, as me, for me

When you see the value in yourself, it will give you greater empathy (that's your item 1), make you seem interesting (that's item 2), want to be even better (there's 3) and give you greater confidence in general, which will solve 4 and make 2 easier again)
Thanks for this!
