Like an idiot, I told my boss -- in generalities, for the most part, but he got the idea. He said we'd talk about it next time something came up and maybe could work it out where I wouldn't have to sit through the whole thing.

It is a good thing I was scheduled to be off today anyway -- I haven't been out of bed for more than 5 minutes yet.
