Do any of you get really freaked out when say your husband / wife / significant other goes out and you text them or call and they don't answer? For example my husband had a doctors appointment today at 1pm, it was supposed to be a quick check in with the nurse that usually takes 15 minutes, 30 max...it's now 3pm and I haven't heard from him. I'd expected him to be home by now, and he's not returning my texts. I am freaking out really badly. I am sure there is a rational explanation but I've gone into panic mode.

Does this happen to anyone else? It happens to me quite frequently when I'm manic and I don't know how to manage it.
