I'm sorry I would not be in a position to suggest what might be going on with your wife. This must be extremely disconcerting to you both. Sometimes it can be a long difficult struggle to find a doctor who can finally come up with a correct diagnosis. So the fact that nothing concrete has been found so far doesn't necessarily mean there isn't something. Perhaps it has simply not been found yet. I hope you will both keep trying. I wish you both well...
