Things seem to have gotten a little better than they were last week. I've been taking my meds more regularly the past couple of days and I changed the time I take my meds so I'm not so exhausted during the day.
I don't feel so dispairing as I did last week. I guess the real low of my depression comes and goes. I'm always low but then there are days when I'm just in the depths of despair.
