Sorry you will not be there Breadfish. I agree that in med resistant depression ECT can be the primary choice. Maybe that is outside the author's beliefs about viable treatment. It also is something that is a medical procedure that should only be prescribed by a qualified doctor so maybe people do not need to know about it unless they have few other choices. It would be nice to see it to demystify it and destigmatize it after the hollywood images that are inaccurate.
