I am so sorry you are having problems with your boss. I totally understand about the good little girl comment, that would have freaked me out too.
The only thing I know to do is to report the behavior, he has done enough already. You don't have to wait till his does something worse. I don't know how you feel about reporting him, but it is the only thing I can think of. Maybe someone else will be more helpful.
