I'm sorry to hear so much pain in your post and that you have so much difficulty with how you feel about your Dad, your eating, and how you feel stuck.

Talking treatments sound like a good place to start. Have you seen a doctor though to check there are no physical or hormonal issues which could make you feel even worse?

This is a great place to learn and gain support. I hope to see you on the forums in the future. We're here for each other.

People here have helped me through some dark times and I hope you get as much encouragement from this community as I have.
