I agree that seeing face to face is the best ( although I have to say if I click on the phone I click on real life) but the bottom line is he didn't call or email back. Kind hard to meet face to face if he isn't replying. I was just trying to understand if something in the conversation indicated lack of interest.

By twice I meant. You called the first time then it would be wise to wait for him rather than call again next day. Let guys show you they are interested
