It's wonderful to have this place for support when things like that happen. It is amazing how we never really know when something is going to hit from out of the blue. I know that while things are going extremely well for me, I am always looking around for the other shoe to fall.....but find I letting down my guard much more than in the past.

We never know when we will have an experience like yours with a meltdown not easily handled.....so we all know that it's ok & there is nothing to apologize for......we are all human & things will sometimes get to all of us.
