Do you guys tend to go from hypo/manias to depression, depression alone, depression that ends up in hypo/mania's or how does it work for you?
I usually go from hypo/mania's to depression, but this time it is starting with depression. I was agitated and irritable for a couple of weeks a month or so ago, but my sleep was fine, so I think it was just...me, or anxiety, or whatever, what do I know...
So how does it work for you, or is it sometimes the one or the other, depending?
