Hi all

During my last manic/psychosis episode, I felt like I was having an out of body experience. It was like I was standing on the side lines watching myself wanting to help me but was unable. I could see and hear all the was happening to me, I am not sure if I was just re living the events, or in and out of reality etc.

Was wondering if anyone else had this experience, or what kind of strange or weird things happen to you during episodes.

Not sure if I am explaining myself correctly
