Unless you got a letter from Ticket to Work (TTW) indicating that you are no longer in the program, you are still protected from CDR's. It is a very slow process even after being taking off TTW and not qualifying for it anymore before CDR's typically happen.

If you are subject to a CDR, there is no way to change when that will happen and need to complete the forms or complete the phone interview in a timely fashion by the date they indicate on the form.
