Do you think ADHD is a valid/useful diagnosis together with BP, or do you maybe think that ADHD is a prodrome or in some other way, and still, part of BP?
Does it deserve a separate mention?
Maybe it's helpful in answering to take in consideration that about 50% of us, with BP, have a diagnosis of ADHD.
Should it maybe be a specifier, like what "with a seasonal pattern" is?

Mania kills cells. Brain cells die. Memories become more reduced conceptually, making more efficient use of limited means. Memories shape our reality. Our memories are more or less split in two by abstractions, conceptual reductions. Mood states with memories, concepts, attached. Memories of pain and those of joy. It causes instability, changeability. Fearing that will leave an emptiness between pain and joy and a greater divide.
