This is the first time in almost 10 years that I've had that time of the month. I've always been on a birth control that stopped them. The cramps, inability to eat, and auditory hallucinations were horrible when I was younger.

Now I'm having that time due to a different type of birth control. Again I can't eat, I'm in even more severe pain than I remember and I can hear a guys voice that I recall terrifyingly well from my childhood. It keeps saying "Hey." or other 1-2 word phrases.

I am a victim of abuse. I'm not sure what to do. Has anyone else experienced this?
