It has been about a month now of my not smoking. It did calm my nerves and i enjoyed the nicotine. However i find that without it i am at a loss with what to do with myself. I have to find other avenues of relaxation. Stick with it and don't cave it. I find walking helps me for it stretches the muscles, builds body tone and clears my mind and gives me some peace of mind. If you can walk that mind be more calming than pumping up by riding a bike. It's what you need: burn off steam, bike. Serenity, walk. tc
