Sometimes, paradoxical interventions work best. Like participating in some extreme sports/events. Obviously, energy level can be an issue. But sometimes it is possible to find activity that doesn't require much energy, like an amusement ride. But yeah, I actually used old good Cipralex to get through some difficult times in college. So I would never discount that type of intervention as well.
