I believe one can stay neutral and not take sides and still be true to oneself all at the same time. To me, it's a matter of realizing that I will not always agree with how some folks think or feel or how they do things. But you see, it doesn't necessarily matter what I think as I am not the one going through what they are going through. Maybe I would do things differently from them, but that's the beauty of having freewill.......and it's what makes the world go round!

One of my favorite sayings is this "There is always more than one GOOD way to do something". In other words, it matters not how something is done, what matters is the end result.

Having differences of opinion is one way to learn and grow. Validating yourself, validating others....that is how one can be non critical of others and to not take sides
