it depends on the situation, if at work maybe talk to others and organize to fight it

if the authority figure owns the bats and balls and wont let you play for a while, i just in general resent it and if it gets annoying enough find a new ballpark to play in.

in other less rigid situations talk to the authority figure and try to come to some kind of understanding or at least communication.
