If you were to choose colours to represent mood states, one for mania, one for depression and one for a baseline mood, which colours for which mood state would you choose?
To keep it simple you can choose from the primary colours: red, green and blue.
A mixed state would be a mixture of the manic and depressive colours.
Severity of psychoticism might determine the tone of the colour.
You may write your answer in the colour of your current mood, if you like.

Mania kills cells. Brain cells die. Memories become more reduced conceptually, making more efficient use of limited means. Memories shape our reality. Our memories are more or less split in two by abstractions, conceptual reductions. Mood states with memories, concepts, attached. Memories of pain and those of joy. It causes instability, changeability. Fearing that will leave an emptiness between pain and joy and a greater divide.
See Me, Feel Me, Touch Me, Heal Me.
