I plan on asking him what his ground rules, expectations are with email.
Unaluna, the matter is not a medical issue I want to discuss with him. I have anxiety when I see doctors due to a few past bad experiences. I was emailing him for his input because I have an appointment this week, feel anxious. He told me when I started therapy six months ago, to email him if I feel anxious or upset.

Is it possible to look for another T? It doesn't sound like he has much availability and isn't meeting your needs in terms of outside contact.
