I heard a voice telling me I was stupid, I'm fairly sure is was hypomanic & dysphoric, mixed I suppose. If I wansnt aware that bipolar sometimes causes hallucinations at the time I would have freaked the **** out but instead I had the insight to tell myself it was just because I haven't been sleeping. So it didn't bother me so much, that & I sedated myself & forced sleep because of it had of become more intense I wouldn't have coped very well.
