Did you ever get physical therapy for your knees? My life is too jumbled right now, by needing to move, to try that though.

I did go to physical therapy for about 6 months at one point, but it was before we knew it was arthritis. I have the fortune of my cousin being a physical therapist, so she has continued to provide me with exercises I can do to regain flexibility. It's just a matter now of finding time and energy to do it.
I used to swim a lot, but I don't have the time or money to do that anymore. I like biking though, and I have a stationary bike at home. Again, it's a matter of having the energy to actually do something. I work 10 hour days, and when I'm home I don't have much energy for anything during the week.
