dehydration sucks, and i try not to do it.
i know how bad it feels.. nowadays i find myself drinking something- even though i'm not thirsty... sort of like an anxiety about it happening
always soda though (today i did actually drink some juice) and only had 1 can of soda.
food wise.. good morning, then went downhill- and just started eating a whole pack of crackers
