How frustrating and annoying for you. Not least is having to get all new documents/papers/numbers, etc. Lots of work. I had a major credit card stolen online and used online last year and it was one I used to pay for almost all my "usual" online purchasing so that was a pain having to change the number everywhere when I got the new card. My credit card company is good though and so their part of the cancel old card/receive new problem was easy enough. The idiots used it for an online dating service and tomorrow is my 18th wedding anniversay :-) I don't think I was doing much dating, online or elsewhere.
