Give yourself time to process things. It is common to feel worse after a session. It usually means old ways are not being re-enforced, or you got into some avoided feelings. Healing takes time. To heal one must have the desire to heal, otherwise therapy will be useless. No need to rush into Therapy, until you are ready.
