I have been hospitalized recently and could probably use it again. I am like you with cycling recurring depression. I do ECT every 2 weeks and am about to ask for it more often although I am not quite sure it is still working? I wish you could find something to hang unto that would make you feel happiness but I know it is hard. Good Luck and peace to you.
