Hello. By weighted objects I specifically mean vests and blankets. For me, I always want someone to hug me or hold me or cuddle me because I feel "naked" for a lack of a better term without one. Like, not actually naked, but like bare. I'm sorry, I can't think how to describe the word I'm looking for.

Anyways, so I have found some information regarding weighted things. I would like to try a vest. Not a weighted one, but an air one. Like, one that can fill with air to create it tighter around chest and back, and looser. I want to try to get the blanket to sleep, but I don't know...

Does anyone have experience with weighted things for sensory input? Thanks.
