Ability helped me tremendously after I had three separate experiences of psychosis over about a year long period. It was the medicine that finally clicked for my body and brain. I went through about 7 other medicines before that so just know that everybody is different and keep trying if this one doesn't improve your mental state. Oh, and I got the shots once a month so I didn't have to remember to take a pill every day. I highly recommend them!
