I think you're probably right that he has more say about what other people believe than you do. But. . .reality is what it is.
I can not think of any way that you can word things to convince him to accept your view of things.
I'm a bit bummed with your "others". Seems like they have set you a near impossible task. Why don't they tell you how to word things so that your psychiatrist will agree with you and them?
