I don't have any experience with the EMSAM patch or with MAOI's, but I just want to say that you sound really depressed, and I'm so sorry. It sounds like you're trying very hard to alleviate your MDD, but that the patch is maybe not working for you.

I hope someone else here can share their experience with an EMSAM patch.
