I transfer money to a friend's bank account. I'll try (or just do) spend a lot of money paying for dinner in restaurants and drinks and things like that. Buying presents. I'll spend it on them and (not really for that reason, but it might help) they are willing to support me financially if I need help. I have problems with abandonment and paranoia, so that's also why I do that.

And I don't have a credit card. Just a debit card. Consumer credit is quite bad. Especially because you (almost) pay it back twice, through inflation and by repaying the loan with interest. The more money people have, the higher the prices. Regrettably, that means that taking out a loan is not as bad for you as it is for others that don't. But regardless, it's bad and probably unnecessary.
