thanks for sharing your NFB progress. i have been doing NFB for about 6 months now and i am so happy that i found it. i'm doing it in conjunction to regular talk T with my T of five years. it has been incredibly helpful at calming my anxieties and fears and i have made some incredible progress in T since starting NFB. i have not had any major ruptures with my T since starting NFB, which seemed to be an ongoing theme all the time for me throughout my years of T.

have you noticed any positive changes since starting your NFB? for me, besides getting on better in T, i noticed that i started to sleep better then i ever had in a very long time and also noticed that i was not relying on having to self medicate my anxieties with alcohol as much.

i hope you are finding similar results with your own NFB.
