I'm hesitate for change as my lows haven't bottomed out quite so severely in a while, but I do still do see saw a lot. Besides, I thought all of this therapy and meds were to help me. The only thing thus far to me is I have remained breathing, but nothing else has changed, so I'm not sure if still breathing is a positive or not. No one on this earth seems to care, and the very last friend I had abandoned me seven months ago.

Can a person battle major depression all the while battling bipolar at the same time? I'm beginning to think my doctors either don't have a clue, don't care, or both.
Depakote is a strong mood stabilizer requiring periodic blood tests. Zypexa is an atypical antipsychotic. Zyrexa with an AD can be used to stabilze mood. I guess what the two have in common is to medicate for mania. Is this why you are taking Depakote? Zyprexa does not require blood tests except perhaps for sugar levels for long term use. I have taken the FDA approved for bipolar treatment Fluoxetine-Zyprexa combination for a few years a long time ago. It worked very well. I stopped taking it due to risk of diabetes. Zyprexa does enhance the effect of the AD. This part may help you.

FWIW
