Have you taken hydroxyzine with the gabapentin? My hospital uses the combination for anxiety and claims it is really successful. Personally the gabapentin is great for me and hydroxyzine knocks me out if I take more than just a little but the combination was really helpful when I was coming off seroquel/going on clozaril and was terribly anxious. I preferred that combination to taking my PRN klonopin.
