Yeah. I quit smoking 6 months ago. I picked it up again just the other day to both relieve stress and sadly, just to do something. It is making me get outside more. And in return, it is making me feel a little better. I joke around with my fiance that I should get into pot. I won't. Hate the smell (or at least the smell of my neighbor's).
I'm also a year "clean" of SI. Trying to keep it that way. Difficult with the suicidal thoughts.
