I'm so sorry you are struggling so much lately. I wish there was something I could do to relieve your pain.
Have you considered going back to a therapist fuzzy? I only ask that in the most kind way because I hate to see you struggle so much. A good t can give you the validation you so desire, and help you figure things out in your mind.
It's not that I mind seeing your posts here and it's great that you are reaching out to others, but a therapist can help you learn coping skills and rethinking whereas often we can't to the capacity that it seems to me that you want and need.
I know you've struggled with a T or Ts in the past. I just want to encourage you that there are some really good ones out there and sometimes it takes that not giving up to find one that is a good fit for you.
I care about you Fuzzy and I'm sorry to see you struggling. I hope you will consider going to get some professional help. I know for me, it has changed the quality of my entire life as well as those around me.
