I have lost over 60 lbs in the past two years in spite of all my meds. Weight Watchers is the main way I did it.

It would be great if I could lose another 40 lbs or so, but I'm worried about getting really loose skin and having to get surgery to tighten it (no way I could afford the surgery, and from what I hear, insurance does not cover it).

Tbh, I feel good, pretty, sexy, and with good energy at my current size (218 lbs, 5'8", size 16). My health problems that might be improved by weight loss are acid reflux and sleep apnea (both currently okay with treatment).

I also know that bipolar meds are supposed to be more effective when you have less belly fat. Has anyone found this to be true?

What would you do? Keep trying to lose weight or just work to maintain?
