This wouldn't be the first time a patient would try to present themselves as normal. I would suggest then that most professionals are accustomed to this well enough to recognize it.
I'm not so sure though that the mental healthcare team would go into detail other than letting you know how 'fine' she is unless your mother has put you down to receive such information (I myself had to provide a list of person(s) I permitted to talk to the team about my health). However, that being said, they will likely take into account the support network they see forming around your mother and make considerations on discharge as a result.
Still, I think they would also take into account your worries if you were to communicate to them - especially any input you had into your mother's mental history.
