Good for you - but I'm surprised you were able to do it that fast. Normally complaints require extensive amounts of paperwork, just to discourage clients from making them. Does your state actually make complaints easy for clients?

I'm also curious as to what the basis of your complaint was. The only concrete, provable thing that might stick seems to be the lack of referral after termination. Everything else he can just deny or blame on you.
